Role Description The Technical Project Manager (4–5 years experience) role at Haptik is a contract, in office position based in Goregaon.



This role involves managing end-to-end delivery of AI and conversational product implementations, including planning, scoping, and tracking project milestones across cross-functional teams. The Technical Project Manager coordinates with engineering, product, and client stakeholders to gather requirements, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Daily responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, running status meetings, monitoring timelines and budgets, and resolving blockers to keep initiatives on track. The role also requires translating technical details into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in processes and execution.
