Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility. On a day-to-day basis, this role will manage paid advertising campaigns (such as search, social, and display), monitor performance metrics,



run A/B tests, and refine targeting and creative based on insights. The Performance Marketer will collaborate with event, PR, and influencer teams to align campaigns with ongoing initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging. This is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, OH, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams and proactive contribution to overall marketing strategy and reporting.
Qualifications
Solid skills in performance marketing domains such as paid search, paid social, display advertising, and remarketing, with a focus on ROI and measurable outcomes.
Experience with analytics and optimization, including campaign tracking, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and interpreting data to drive decisions.
Proficiency in marketing and advertising tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (or similar), and basic familiarity with marketing
