About the Role
We are looking for a Portfolio Management & Investor Relations professional to manage investor relationships while working closely with the investment and portfolio management teams. The role will involve monitoring portfolio performance, preparing investment reports, handling investor communication, and ensuring a high-quality investor experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with HNIs, UHNI clients, family offices, and institutional investors.
Act as the primary point of contact for investors regarding portfolio performance and investment-related queries.
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, asset allocation, returns, and key investment metrics.
Prepare portfolio performance reports, investment updates, MIS, and investor presentations.
Work closely with the investment team to understand portfolio positioning, investment strategies, and performance.




Communicate investment performance and portfolio updates to clients in a explicit and qualified manner.
Coordinate with internal teams for portfolio reporting, transaction updates, documentation, and investor requirements.
Track client portfolios and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization / rebalancing in coordination with the investment team.
Support onboarding of new investors and ensure smooth execution of investment-related processes.
Maintain solid relationships with existing investors and support client retention and engagement.
Assist in preparing investment proposals, portfolio reviews, market updates, and client presentations.
Maintain accurate client and portfolio records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support business development and investor engagement initiatives when required.
