About the Role
We are looking for a Hiring & Payroll Executive to manage recruitment activities along with monthly payroll coordination and core HR operations.
The role requires someone who is comfortable working across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management, HRMS and Employee Documentation, while coordinating closely with employees, HODs, candidates and the Finance team.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned corporate and operational positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and recruitment consultants.




Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.
Follow up with selected candidates for documentation, offer acceptance and joining.
Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
Ensure vacancies are closed within agreed timelines.
Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate the monthly payroll process and ensure timely submission of payroll inputs.
Collect, verify and reconcile attendance, leave, overtime, late marks, incentives and Loss of Pay (LOP) data.
Check payroll inputs for accuracy before salary processing.
Coordinate with Finance, payroll consultants and internal teams for monthly payroll closure.
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, attendance, leave and payroll.
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
