As we continue to expand our content solutions business, we are looking for an experienced Content Sales Manager who can build robust client relationships, identify content opportunities, and drive revenue through high-value branded content and production partnerships.
About the Role
We are looking for a Content Sales Manager with 4–6 years of relevant experience in media, content sales, video production, or audio-visual businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how brands evaluate and invest in content,



and should be comfortable selling solutions rather than simply selling media inventory. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, developing relationships with marketing and business leaders, understanding their content requirements, and converting those opportunities into high-value projects.
You will own the sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting and relationship building to pitching, negotiation, closure, and account handover.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Sales & Business Development
Drive new business for Hubhopper's branded content, podcast, video production, and content marketing solutions.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective brands and clients.
Identify organizations with potential content, video, podcast, and digital storytelling requirements.
Own the sales process from initial outreach through negotiation and closure.
Client Relationship Management
Build relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing, brand, comm
