Role Description This is a full time, in office Occupational Therapist role based in Thrissur at IAN Institute of Rehabilitation & Research. The Occupational Therapist will assess children with various developmental, physical, and neurological conditions, develop individualized treatment plans,



and implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and functional independence. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, documenting progress, collaborating with pediatricians, rehabilitation specialists, and families, and adapting therapeutic activities and assistive devices to meet each child’s needs. The role involves participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, providing caregiver education and training, and contributing to continuous improvement of rehabilitation programs and protocols.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention design.
