Role Description The Sales Officer role at Shivanika Foods is a full time, on-site position based in Pune Division. The Sales Officer is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, managing relationships with MT & GT outlets distributors and retail partners, and driving product placement and sales in assigned territories. Day-to-day tasks include visiting outlets, presenting product portfolios, negotiating terms, tracking sales performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and promotional activities. The role also involves conducting market research, gathering customer feedback,



and supporting campaigns that promote awareness of plant-based meat products. The Sales Officer collaborates closely with marketing, operations, and finance to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications
Solid skills in sales, business development, and account management, with experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Comfort working on-site and in the field, including regular travel within the Pune Division and surrounding areas.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Basic proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets manage pipelines and track performance.
