We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team and manage travel requirements from initial planning through to flawless execution.
Position Overview
Role: Travel Consultant
Vacancies: 1 (Immediate Hiring)

Location: Guduvancherry, Chennai (Near Zoho)

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and recommend highly suitable travel solutions.
Create customized day-wise itineraries and detailed quotations.
Manage client communication, follow-ups, and end-to-end sales coordination.
Coordinate effectively with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other vendors.
Process and manage all bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
Provide reliable pre-trip and on-trip support to ensure exceptional client experiences.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and bookings utilizing CRM and administrative systems.
Stay continuously updated on global destinations, hospitality trends, and travel products.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
Proficiency with basic CRM tools and standard computer applications.
Eagerness to learn new industry tools, destination specifics, and travel products.
Preference will be given to candidates who can conveniently commute to our Guduvancherry office.
