Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to support the financial, administrative, and operational activities of the organization. We are specifically looking for someone who is positive in GST filing and TDS, and who can play a key role in managing accounts, maintaining internal records, supporting team coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a quick-paced recruitment and advisory setting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities
• Generate invoices,



monitor collections, and follow up on pending payments
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain expense records
• Handle end-to-end GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and TDS return filing (24Q/26Q) accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Support monthly financial reporting, audits, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of client billing, vendor payments, and financial transactions

Administration & Operations

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination
• Handle documentation, data management, and filing systems
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and internal schedules
• Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and procurement activities
• Support onboarding logistics, employee records, and basic HR coordination
• Assist recruitment and advisory teams with operational and administrativ
