Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with a Mechanical Engineering background and proven experience in sales/marketing of capital equipment, industrial machinery, or engineering products. The candidate should have strong B2B sales skills, technical understanding, and the ability to develop current business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities for capital equipment and industrial machinery.
Identify and approach potential B2B customers and industrial clients.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, references, exhibitions, and customer visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and commercial proposals.
Conduct customer visits, negotiations, follow-ups,



and order closures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with technical, production, and service teams for customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Maintain regular sales reports, customer databases, and sales pipelines.
Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
3–7 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing of:
Capital Equipment
Industrial Machinery
Engineering Equipment
Manufacturing Equipment
Heavy Machinery
Industrial Automation/Equipment
Robust B2B sales and business development experience.
Positive technical and commercial understanding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
