Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based at the Anytime Fitness center in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for driving membership sales,



managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling walk-in and digital inquiries, conducting gym tours and consultations, explaining membership plans and promotions, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM or database. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with club management and fitness teams to develop local marketing initiatives, plan promotional events, and ensure a high-quality member experience that supports retention and referrals. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing regular sales reports, and recommending improvements to sales processes and customer engagement.
