Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, in office role based in Kolkata. The individual in this role will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by providing insurance and investment solutions aligned with their financial needs and life goals. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, conducting need-based financial discussions, presenting suitable Bajaj Life products, and ensuring timely policy issuance and renewal. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with branch teams, insurance consultants, and partner bank staff to drive sales, achieve assigned targets, and deliver high service standards.
