Job Description
Supervision & control of day to day accounting activities.
Ensuring the correctness of accounting books on real time basis,



including AR/AP/GL/FA etc.
Control of monthly closing activities and preparation of MIS reports.
Preparation of annual financial statements and getting the same audited.
Controlling the project accounting and monthly time sheet reporting on various projects.
Working closely with respective project managers/department heads and ensuring the timely issuance of invoices and follow up on collections.
Handling treasury functions, liaisoning with banks and arrange the issuance of bank guarantees as required for various projects.
Handling the TDS compliances, filing of TDS returns and issuance of TDS certificates.
Handling the foreign remittances after complying with necessary TDS formalities and DTAA documentation.
Handling the transfer pricing documentation and getting the reports from auditors.
Preparation/filing of Annual Income tax returns of domestic & foreign companies.
