About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to join our agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and client expectations are met.
You will work closely with clients, creative, strategy, content, social media, performance marketing, design, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Own projects end-to-end, from briefing and planning to execution and final delivery.
Develop project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and task allocation.
Coordinate with creative, content, design, strategy, media, and other internal teams.
Act as the central point of coordination between clients and internal stakeholders.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and priorities.
Identify potential delays, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements proactively.




Conduct regular project status updates with internal teams and clients.
Ensure project scope, budgets, and timelines are clearly defined and managed.
Manage revisions, approvals, feedback, and client expectations effectively.
Ensure briefs are clearly understood and translated into actionable tasks.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and status reports.
Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external partners whenever required.
Escalate critical issues and provide practical solutions to keep projects on track.
Continuously improve project workflows, processes, and team coordination.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in project management within an advertising, digital, creative, media, or marketing agency.
Solid understanding of agency workflows and creative project lifecycles.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
