We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably with established Rolls, Wraps, Burger brands.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead, supervise, and train the kitchen team to maintain high performance.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control across all products.
Follow and implement company recipes, SOPs, and food preparation standards.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen discipline.
Monitor stock levels, food production, wastage, and inventory.
Control food costs and minimize unnecessary wastage.
Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders during peak hours.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and operations team for smooth restaurant functioning.
Handle kitchen staff scheduling, task allocation,



and daily briefings.
Identify operational issues and take quick corrective action.
Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
Support new product launches, menu development, and recipe standardization when required.
Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in a qualified kitchen, preferably in Cloud Kitchen/QSR.
Candidates from Rolls, Wraps, Burger, will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of high-volume kitchen operations.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Valuable understanding of food cost, wastage control, and inventory management.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak business hours.
Valuable communication, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
