Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Project & Sales Manager to oversee residential real estate projects from the initial design and planning stage through construction, approvals, completion, and sale/tenant acquisition.




The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, coordinating closely with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities, while also driving the sales and leasing of completed residential properties.
The role will involve regular coordination with the owners and maintaining close oversight of project progress, budgets, payments, documentation, and vendor/developer obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage residential construction projects from design and planning through completion and handover.
Coordinate with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
Liaise with relevant government departments and authorities for obtaining and tracking required approvals, permissions, NOCs, and statutory compliances.
Monitor construction progress, quality, timelines, costs, and project deliverables.
