Role & responsibilities
· Check and verify contractor/vendor bills based on actual site work, measurements, and terms of contract.
· Conduct site inspections and audits periodically and escalate concerns to the management.
· Regularly reconcile material and labor costs against the budgeted estimates, identifying any discrepancies and taking corrective actions.
· Monitor daily/weekly/monthly progress of ongoing projects and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
· Track milestones and prepare regular progress reports for internal teams and management.
· Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants for updates, delays, and issue resolution.
· Ensure quality and safety standards are being met in office as per organizational or client expectations.
· Assist in identifying risks, bottlenecks, and deviations from the plan and provide actionable solutions.




· Maintain documentation including project schedules, reports, status logs, and change orders.
· Work closely with the planning, procurement, execution, and finance teams for smooth coordination.
· Monitor material usage, labor deployment, and contractor performance.
· Assist in project handover, closure documentation, and feedback analysis.

Preferred candidate profile
· Robust knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Primavera/MS Project/ERP etc.)
· Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting dashboards, and progress tracking software
· Robust analytical, coordination, and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Knowledge of statutory norms and regulatory compliances (specific to industry)
