Establish the group PMO: standards, templates, tools, and reporting used across all venturesn
Run portfolio governance: stage-gate reviews, launch-readiness checks, and escalation pathsn
Maintain the single view of progress, risks, dependencies, and resourcing across all programsn
Produce executive and board reporting on portfolio deliveryn
Coach program managers and venture teams on delivery disciplinen
Administer the delivery toolchain (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent)n

nWhat you have done

7–10 years in PMO, portfolio management,



or program governance roles across multi-project settingsn
Set up or substantially rebuilt a PMO — frameworks, cadences, reporting — rather than only operating onen
Governed portfolios with competing priorities and C-level stakeholdersn
PMP, PRINCE2, or Secure certification preferredn

nGood to have: Consulting delivery background; launch or transformation programs; conglomerate or multi-business-unit exposure.
