The Manager – Business Development (Doctor Referral Role)
will be responsible for establishing and strengthening referral networks with Gynecologists, General Practitioners, and Hospitals across Tamil Nadu to enhance patient inflow to the fertility centers. The role focuses on relationship management, referral growth, territory development, and implementing effective marketing outreach activities that align with the organization’s fertility service objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Doctor Referral Network Development
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with Gynecologists, Obstetricians, General Physicians, and other medical practitioners for patient referrals.
- Conduct regular visits to clinics and hospitals to promote fertility services and establish collaboration programs.
- Organize CME programs, medical workshops,
and awareness sessions for referring doctors.
- Maintain a systematic database of all referring doctors and monitor referral trends.
2. Territory & Business Growth Management
- Develop and execute referral-based business plans for assigned territories in Tamil Nadu.
- Ensure consistent growth in patient referrals and revenue generation from each territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback to plan strategic interventions.
- Identify recent potential referral zones and unexplored markets within the state.
3. Relationship & Communication Management
- Act as the key point of contact between fertility centers and referring doctors.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with referral doctors to ensure service satisfaction.
- Resolve referral or service-related issues promptly through coordination with internal departments.
- Ensure timely communication of treatment
