Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven
Senior Associate – B2B Marketing
to own and strengthen Nuvoretail's
end-to-end B2B marketing ecosystem and digital identity
. The role will be responsible for digital brand presence, content marketing, lead generation, email campaigns, industry events, PR, thought leadership, market intelligence, and marketing analytics, with a solid focus on building
brand visibility, qualified leads, and business growth
.

Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Identity & Brand Presence:
Own the company's end-to-end digital identity across
Website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Bing, Search platforms, Gen AI/AI-search platforms
, ensuring consistent brand positioning, messaging, visibility, content, and digital discoverability.

Content Marketing:
Own the
B2B content marketing strategy and execution
, including content calendars, LinkedIn content,



blogs, thought leadership, case studies, industry insights, newsletters, whitepapers, website content, marketing collateral, content repurposing, and AI-led content creation and optimization.

Lead Generation & Demand Generation:
Drive
B2B lead generation and demand generation
through LinkedIn, email, outbound campaigns, partnerships, webinars, events, prospecting, market research, target-account identification, lead qualification, and coordination with Sales for lead conversion and pipeline development.

Email Marketing:
Own
end-to-end email campaigns
, including audience segmentation, campaign strategy, email journeys, messaging, templates, lead nurturing, newsletters, A/B testing, database management, performance tracking, and optimization of open rate, CTR, response rate, conversion, and leads generated.

Industry Events:
Own the
end-to-end discovery and management of industry-specific events
