We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
CRM Manager

who can take ownership of customer relationships, lead management, retention, and CRM operations while working closely with our sales and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete
customer relationship lifecycle

, from lead generation and onboarding to repeat business and retention.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve
customer engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value

- Maintain accurate and updated customer, lead, dealer, distributor,



and business-partner databases.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel and ensure
timely follow-ups, lead nurturing, and closure tracking

- Establish systematic follow-up processes to ensure no qualified lead or customer prospect is missed.
- Analyze customer behaviour, purchase patterns, feedback, and engagement data to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Track CRM performance, sales pipeline, follow-up status, conversion rates, and customer retention metrics.
- Prepare regular
CRM reports, dashboards, and actionable insights

for management.
- Identify inactive, lost, and high-potential customers and develop strategies for re-engagement and upselling.
