The Role

We are looking for a PCB Design Engineer — from schematic capture through fabrication-ready Gerbers. You'll work closely with firmware and mechanical teams on compact, ruggedized, sensor-heavy boards for edge-deployed systems.

Core Responsibilitie
s
- Design multi-layer PCBs in
Altium Designer
, from schematic capture to layout, routing, and DFM/DFA checks
- Select components (MOSFETs, MCUs, RF modules, sensors,



power regulators) balancing cost, availability, and performance
- Design power delivery networks, signal integrity-critical traces (high-speed, RF, analog), and EMI/ESD protection
- Collaborate with mechanical engineering using
Fusion 360
for enclosure fit, thermal considerations, and 3D board-in-box validation
- Use
CircuitMaker
or equivalent for early-stage schematic prototyping/collaboration where applicable
- Generate and validate BOMs, Gerbers, pick-and-place files, and fab/assembly documentation
- Work with contract manufacturers (CMs) for prototyping, bring-up, and troubleshooting
- Support bring-up and debug of assembled boards (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
- Maintain design revision history and documentation standards

Key Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in PCB design and embedded hardware development
- Robust hands-on experience with
