We are looking for an L2 Network Security & Wireless Engineer to support enterprise customers across network, security and wireless infrastructure while ensuring SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Routing, Switching, WAN, LAN and SD-WAN.
- Troubleshoot Firewalls, VPNs and network security incidents.
- Manage enterprise wireless infrastructure, controllers and APs.
- Perform configuration changes, upgrades, maintenance and RCA.
- Monitor network performance and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors and support customer requirements.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks and operational reports.
Required Skills
- Strong Cisco Routing & Switching, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, QoS, NAT and ACL knowledge.
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate and/or Cisco Firepower/ASA.
- Knowledge of IPSec/SSL VPN and network security.
- Experience with Cisco WLC, Catalyst Wireless or Aruba.
- Exposure to SolarWinds, Cisco DNAC and ServiceNow is preferred.
- Solid troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
