About Athena Gaming

Athena Gaming is a B2B gaming gift card marketplace powering distribution for partners like Flipkart, Pine Labs, Zepto, and Swiggy, alongside a fast-growing influencer commerce layer: creator-branded webstores on athenagaming.gg and Discord-based storefronts serving gamers across India, MENA, and beyond.

The Role

You'll own design across our consumer-facing creator webstores, B2B partner portals, and internal admin tools. You'll define a fresh visual language and component library for the brand, rather than inheriting what exists today. You'll work directly with founders, ship fast, and use AI tools (Claude, Figma AI, image generation) as a core part of your workflow, from generating first drafts of layouts and marketing creatives to prototyping flows before a single line of code is written.

What You'll Do
- Create a current design system from scratch: define the visual identity direction (color, typography, iconography, spacing, elevation), build a Figma component library with variants and usage guidelines, and drive its adoption across product and engineering




- Migrate existing screens (creator webstores, admin tools, partner portals) onto the recent design system in phases, without disrupting live operations
- Design end-to-end UI/UX for creator webstores: landing pages, product catalog pages, checkout and payment flows, and registration/login journeys across desktop and mobile web
- Design and iterate on conversion-critical funnels (visitor → registration → add-to-cart → payment success) and propose A/B test variants with clear hypotheses for each change
- Design internal admin and operations UIs: partner management, SKU/pricing configuration, order dashboards, and analytics views used daily by our ops and business teams
- Produce marketing and campaign creatives: giveaway announcements, creator promo banners, Discord embeds, social media assets, and store-launch kits for new creators
- Create clickable prototypes (Figma) for new features before
