Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven IT Services Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Delhi NCR market, covering Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram and Noida.
The role will focus on acquiring new enterprise customers, developing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with System Integrators, Technology Partners, OEMs and other channel partners to generate IT services opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the enterprise IT ecosystem and proven experience in selling technology services to mid-market and large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Drive recent business development for the company's IT Services portfolio across Delhi NCR.
- Identify, qualify and develop new enterprise accounts and strategic prospects.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct consultative selling with CXO, CIO, CTO, IT Head, Procurement and Business stakeholders.
- Develop account plans and sales strategies for key target customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closure and handover.
