Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service – Inside Sales role based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers through calls, chats, and emails to understand their property requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker.com services. The team member will explain product features, address queries, provide accurate information on pricing and offers,



and support customers through the property search and transaction process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in the CRM system, following up on leads, meeting defined sales and service targets, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly. The role is designed for freshers who are eager to learn, work in a quick-paced environment, and contribute to a high-growth proptech organization.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and at least one regional language.
