We are looking for a
Business Development Manager
who will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic client partnerships across our digital marketing offerings.

You'll identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships with senior decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and develop integrated marketing solutions across
Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Content, Creative, and Brand Strategy
.

This role goes beyond traditional sales. You'll act as a consultative business partner, owning opportunities from prospecting and initial conversations through proposal, negotiation, closure, and account growth.

You'll also work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build a strong sales pipeline, improve business development processes, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and securing partnerships with brands investing in digital marketing,



performance marketing, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while consistently building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify and connect with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Founders, and other senior decision-makers.
- Conduct prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert opportunities into clients.
- Build strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and long-term client value.

Client Relationship Management
- Build solid, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client business objectives, marketing challenges, budgets, and growth priorities.
- Position the agency as a strategic business partner rather than simply a service provider.
