LMG Cold Chain is building a multi-commodity Grade-A cold storage facility (10 chambers, 3,804 pallet positions, G+6) at Luhari, Jhajjar — currently in the construction phase.
Job Description:
We’re looking for a Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day site activity — coordinating people on ground and keeping work on track. Positive performance will fast-track you to the role of Operational Manager once we go live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating among persons working on site
- Tracking work progress, flagging delays and reporting directly to the Director
- Maintaining site discipline, safety and material accountability
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in site/construction supervision preferred
- Someone dependable who can command a team and take ownership
- Willingness to grow into an Operations Manager role as the business scales
