Responsibilities: Daily Operations (Delivery of Daily Net Asset value of Mutual funds) & People Management
Direct Responsibilities
- Candidate will be expected to run the operational areas on a day-to-day basis as per SLA.
- The role requires very solid Organizational skills. In this role individual would be expected to have full understanding of process and control and to be involved in production as preparer/ reviewer of funds.
- Need to have ownership to support enhanced productivity by 5 % plus efficiency to manage more business with same or less workforce.
- Candidate will be accountable to create appropriate mindset across team to follow conduct and compliance protocols with zero breaches.
- Candidate will be expected to work closely with the teams within FA & other satellite teams.
- Solid technical understanding of Fund Accounting / Fund Services functions and across fund structures is expected.



Anticipation of issue and risk assessment would be key and timely escalating to appropriate team/ escalation contact would be expected.
- Ensure audit protocols are followed by the team. Perform periodic independent control to ensure adherence. Identify proactively, control gaps and take mitigating steps. Act as SPOC during audit period.
- Ensure incident management protocol is followed by self and the team.
- Ensure procedures are in place to effectively deal with exceptions and that they are reviewed, researched, documented and resolved in a timely manner.
- Demonstration of commitment to ensure continuous process improvement to achieve efficiency targets.
- Effective and Strong Communication Skill required for this role
