If you thrive in a fast-paced IT services environment and enjoy solving complex business and technical challenges, this could be a great fit
- 10–12 years as a BSA/BA with robust domain exposure to Banking / Capital Markets
- Understanding of how systems and applications interact and exchange data (interfaces, batch/file transfers, integration points), without needing depth in the underlying tools or middleware
- Ability to read/produce data flow diagrams and source-to-target mapping documents
- Proven ability to write technical specifications developers can implement directly
- Strong data analytics skills, including SQL and large/complex datasets
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and engineering stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with AI tools
