Brand & Communication Strategist

Studio 318 is a strategy-led design studio based out of Hyderabad. We journey with the client to build a cohesive brand ecosystem that effectively communicates with their target audiences across business touchpoints. Our designs are aesthetic, people-driven and authentic. Our collective background in design thinking and strength in building value-based brands allows us to articulate diverse expressions through print, communication, packaging, websites and environmental graphics.

We’re looking for a
Brand & Communication Strategist
to join Studio 318.

Someone who is curious about people, culture and brands, and knows how to turn research into a point of view. You’ll work across brand and communication projects, moving from
research and observation to insight, strategy and storytelling
.

You’ll be expected to think deeply, make sense of information and build the strategic thinking that gives a brand direction.

What you’ll do
- Research audiences, categories, culture, trends and contexts to uncover meaningful insights.




- Develop brand and communication strategies based on these insights, including positioning, narratives and communication territories.
- Create frameworks that help define how a brand communicates across different touchpoints.
- Develop messaging, content strategies and long-form storytelling.
- Work closely with designers and other strategists to translate strategic thinking into creative work.
- Present and articulate strategies to clients and internal teams.

Who we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience
in brand strategy, communication strategy, advertising, content or a related field.
- Strong research, writing and storytelling skills.
- A genuine interest in culture and an ability to understand how it shapes people and brands.
- Someone who is naturally curious, thinks beyond the brief and enjoys finding the thinking behind the obvious.
