Job Summary:





We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing profile to lead strategic sales initiatives, drive market expansion, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of market trends and a proactive approach to achieving business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing on direct sales and nontrade/institutional sales.
- Drive the endtoend sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, pricing, negotiation, order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Industrial and Govt Consultants, Government departments (CPWD, PWD, railways, MES, urban development bodies), industrial clients, and private sector organizations such as EPC contractors.
- Identify and pursue large-scale project opportunities for the adoption of Fuji Silvertechs precast and construction material solutions.
