We are looking for a Legal Writer with a solid legal background and experience in Web3/blockchain to join our Marketing and Product Compliance team. This role sits at the intersection of legal, marketing, product, and emerging technology, translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear, accurate, and commercially effective content. The ideal candidate understands both legal drafting and marketing communications, with hands-on experience writing Terms of Service, website copy, product disclosures, compliance content, and other customer-facing legal materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain Terms of Service, Terms & Conditions, disclaimers, disclosures, policies, and other customer-facing legal documents.
- Write and review website copy, product pages, FAQs, help-center content, campaigns, and other marketing materials from a legal and compliance perspective.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure content is legally accurate, compliant, clear, and commercially appropriate.




- Conduct legal and regulatory reviews of marketing materials, identifying potentially misleading, inaccurate, or non-compliant claims.
- Support product compliance by reviewing how products, features, and services are described to customers.
- Understand and assess legal considerations relating to blockchain, Web3, digital assets, wallets, custody, decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and token-based products.
- Translate complex legal concepts and regulatory requirements into plain-language customer-facing content.
- Help establish and maintain marketing legal/compliance guidelines, content standards, disclaimers, and review processes.
- Review product launches and campaigns to identify legal, regulatory, consumer-protection, and reputational risks.
