Objective:
Lead international business development and drive export growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand international markets.

* Identify and acquire overseas buyers, distributors, importers, and strategic partners.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.

* Generate new business opportunities through market research, trade fairs, digital platforms, and networking.

* Manage the complete export sales cycle from inquiry to payment realization.

* Coordinate product sourcing, pricing, sampling, and order execution with suppliers and internal teams.

* Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with overseas buyers.

* Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

* Ensure smooth export documentation, logistics coordination, and timely shipments.





* Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.

* Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, and business development plans for management.

Candidate Profile:

* 5–10 years of experience in Export Sales and International Business Development.

* Experience in Home Textiles, Furnishing Fabrics, Upholstery, Curtains, Textile Trading, or related industries preferred.

* Proven track record of acquiring international buyers and growing export business.

* Solid understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, international logistics, and global trade practices.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Willingness to travel internationally.

Preferred Qualification:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
