Project Manager / Team Lead / Sr Engineer Mechanical (SPM / Automation)
- Lead end-to-end execution of SPM, Assembly Line & EOL projects
- Process flow, Line balancing, Cycle time, PFMEA, Poka yoke, Kaizen
- Manage project lifecycle from design to customer handover
- Control timeline, cost, and project profitability
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, and Design teams
- Drive alignment with Purchase, Quality, Assembly, and Vendors
- Ensure on-time project scheduling and milestone tracking
- Handle site installation, commissioning, and final execution
- Act as single point of contact for customers
- Lead technical discussions, reviews, and approvals
- Resolve critical mechanical and system-level challenges
- Ensure integration of mechanical, electrical & automation systems




- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Drive quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Manage vendor performance and fabrication activities
- Ensure cross-functional coordination including HR & Finance
- Validate design feasibility and engineering accuracy
- Support troubleshooting during assembly and machine trials
- Deliver projects with zero deviation in quality and timelines
- Ensure successful commissioning and customer acceptance
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) with 815 years experience in SPM/Automation projects
