? Hiring: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting: End-to-end accounting operations, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and month/year-end closing.

Taxation & Compliance: Timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual), TDS returns, PF, ESIC, and Income Tax statutory compliance.

Audit Management: Independently leading Internal, Statutory, GST, and Tax Audits while coordinating with CAs and authorities.

Financial Reporting & MIS: Finalization of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and preparing periodic MIS reports.

Budgeting & Treasury:



Assisting with annual forecasting, working capital, and daily banking operations.

What We Are Looking For

Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance)

Tech Skills: Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel

Sector Experience: Prior background in Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, Pharma, or Chemical sectors preferred.

Solid grasp of Accounting Principles, statutory compliance, and communication skills.
