This involves strategic planning, forecasting, and analysis to identify revenue potential and business opportunities. The role includes overseeing sales operations, ensuring revenue generation, and maintaining product quality and brand objectives.

Job Description:

Planning:
- Conduct business planning, forecasting, and analysis to assess revenue potential and identify business opportunities.
- Develop launch plans and growth strategies for each product and brand, defining market coverage, presence, and efficiency benchmarks.
- Engage in trade finalization, joint business planning, promotions, and SKU registration with key accounts.
- Establish and implement policies, systems, and processes to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Operations – Sales Responsibilities:




- Drive revenue generation across products and regions through effective management of Regional Managers and Marketing Managers.
- Ensure distributor activities meet quality standards and work with Area Sales Managers to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor pricing structures, gross margins, and profitability to maintain financial health.
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Regional Managers to achieve top-line market share and meet revenue and brand objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive business plans encompassing design, structure, processes, operating plans, and financial models.
- Strategize and manage the sales process, including forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, market research, and brand strategy.
- Review distributor performance regularly, identify gaps, and develop action plans to address them.
- Conduct market research to gather insights for increased market share.
