Job Description – Sr. Training Executive, Chennai-based

Designation: Sr. Training Executive

Department: Training

Location: Chennai (Travel across Chennai, including Hyderabad, Coimbatore)

Language - Tamil , Hindi , English ( if Possible Telgu)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new retail team members.
- Deliver classroom and on-the-job training (OJT/OJE) on Retail SOPs, customer service, POS operations, food safety, hygiene, and product knowledge.
- Train teams on new product launches, promotions, and operational updates.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs across all retail stores.
- Conduct skill assessments, certifications, and refresher training programs.
- Visit retail centers regularly to identify training needs and provide coaching.
- Track employee training progress and maintain training records.
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to improve operational performance.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvement plans.
- Support new store openings by training newly hired staff.

Eligibility




- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management/Food & Beverage background preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Retail Operations Training, QSR, Bakery, Café, or Hospitality.
- Solid presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai, Hyderabad, and other South locations.

Language Requirements

Mandatory:

Tamil (Fluent – Read, Write & Speak)

English (Fluent)

Preferred:

Hindi

Telugu

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
- Training delivery and coaching skills.
- POS and operational process knowledge.
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training schedules.
