Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a YouTube Influencer Marketing Manager. The role involves identifying, onboarding,



and managing relationships with YouTube influencers and content creators aligned with the brand’s Ayurvedic and wellness positioning. The Influencer Marketing Manager will plan and execute campaigns, negotiate collaborations, manage budgets, and track performance metrics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating content briefs, ensuring brand compliance, optimizing campaign performance based on data insights, and collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and product teams. The role also includes monitoring YouTube trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to refine influencer strategies and maximize ROI.
