Role Description As a Pre-sales Consultant (Fresher) at Crio.Do, you will support the sales team by engaging with prospective learners and customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable learning solutions. You will participate in discovery calls, prepare basic product demonstrations, and assist in answering queries about Crio.Do’s programs and learning methodology. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information sharing, maintaining records of interactions,



and contributing to customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with sales and operations teams.
Qualifications

Ability to apply Sales Consulting skills to understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build trust and long-term relationships.
Clear and confident Communication skills for calls, meetings, and written correspondence.
Consulting mindset, with the ability to listen, analyze needs, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
Basic understanding of technology or education products is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
