About The Role

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator – Veeam Backup L2 to manage enterprise backup, replication, recovery, and disaster recovery settings. The role requires robust hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and the ability to troubleshoot complex backup and recovery issues.

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai – Client Site

Employment Type: Contractual – Yearly Basis

Experience: 3–5 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

2nd & 4th Saturday: Remote Support

Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiners to candidates with a maximum notice period of 15 days.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily backup, replication,



and restore operations and ensure SLA compliance.
Troubleshoot complex backup and replication issues escalated from L1.
Perform RCA for recurring backup incidents and implement preventive measures.
Perform Instant VM Recovery, File-Level Restore, and Application-Aware Restore.
Support database and granular recovery for SQL, Exchange, Active Directory, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA, and NAS workloads.
Configure and manage Backup Jobs, Backup Copy Jobs, Replication Jobs, SureBackup/SureReplica, and SOBR.
Manage Hardened Linux Repositories and Object Storage integrations.
Configure and manage Veeam Agents for Windows and Linux and Protection Groups.
Support backup and recovery for Windows Failover Clusters, SQL FCI, and CSV environments.
Manage tape libraries, tape drives, media pools, GFS retention, and tape backup operations.
Configure and monitor cloud backups for AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
Perform DR drills, failover/failback testing,
