You will architect Lenskart's transformation into an AI-native creative powerhouse that produces world-class creative at exponential speed and scale. You'll reimagine how a global consumer brand creates and delivers visual storytelling across films, digital, packaging, retail, social, campaigns, and experiences.
This isn't incremental AI adoption or design management — you're building the systems, workflows, tech infrastructure, and human capabilities that let Lenskart produce 10x more creative output with the same or fewer resources, without compromising quality.
You'll bridge artistic vision and technology, positioning Lenskart as a creative technology leader that uses AI to amplify human creativity, not replace it. Your team will operate like a distributed creative studio powered by intelligent systems and generative tools — delivering campaign-ready assets in days, not weeks.

Core Mandate: AI-Powered Creative Transformation
Creative Platform & Technology Architecture (The Builder's Focus)
AI-First Creative Ecosystem Design: Own the vision, architecture, and deployment of Lenskart's proprietary AI-native creative platform, including:
Intelligent asset generation (images, video, motion graphics, 3D)
AI-assisted ideation and concept development
Automated editing, color grading, localization, and asset optimization
Generative tools for design variations, rapid prototyping, and A/B testing
Cross-platform optimization and adaptive creative delivery
Creative Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate, integrate, and operationalize generative AI, automation platforms, design tools, production management systems, and collaboration infrastructure — architecting the entire production ecosystem, not just adopting tools.
