Job Summary:
We are looking for a Trainee – HR Operations who is enthusiastic about building a career in Human Resources and is ready to take the next step from academic learning into practical HR.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop a robust foundation in HR Operations, while gradually taking ownership of employee related processes and HR initiatives. The trainee will work closely with the HR team and gain practical exposure to employee engagement, attendance and leave management, payroll assistance, HR reporting, coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.
The role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, organised, and looking to grow into a well-rounded HR skilled.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration
Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operational activities.
Assist with employee documentation and record management.
Support onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
Assist with HR communications and internal documentation.
Provide administrative support for various HR processes and initiatives.
Attendance & Leave Management
Assist in monitoring and maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
Support employees with attendance and leave-related queries.
Follow up on pending attendance regularisations and leave updates.
Ensure HR records and trackers are accurate and up to date.
Coordination
Coordinate with employees, managers, and internal teams for various HR activities.
Assist in scheduling meetings, training programmes, and HR initiatives.
Follow up on pending HR actions and ensure timely completion.
Support the HR team in implementing HR projects and operational initiatives.
