Position Summary
We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and lead generation activities across the United States market.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective Medical Device OEMs, generating qualified prospects, developing strategic relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives for Kalyani Medicomp's advanced manufacturing services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and target Medical Device OEMs across the USA.
Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, networking, and industry databases.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects in Orthopedics, Dental, Surgical Instruments, Spine, Trauma, and Joint Replacement segments.
Schedule meetings and technical discussions with key decision-makers.
Business Development
Develop relationships with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D;, and Manufacturing teams within target organizations.
Understand customer requirements and align Kalyani Medicomp's manufacturing capabilities to their needs.
