Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are hiring production professionals with hands-on experience manufacturing creams, ointments, gels, or lotions in a cGMP pharmaceutical facility. We operate under cGMP standards and are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented production skilled to join our manufacturing team at our Bavla facility.
nThis role is open across levels — Production Officer, Production Executive, and Sr. Executive — and will be matched to the right candidate based on experience and capability. If you have 2 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical production and thrive in a disciplined, process-driven manufacturing workplace, we'd like to hear from you.
nYou will report to the Production Manager / Production Head and work closely with QA, QC, Stores, and Engineering to keep operations running smoothly and compliantly.
nQualifications

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc (Chemistry / Microbiology / Life Sciences), or M.Sc in a relevant disciplinen




2 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing — specifically in topical / semi-solid / liquid dosage forms preferredn
Working knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and SOPs as applied in a regulated manufacturing environmentn
Candidates must have prior experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.n

nKey Responsibilities:
nProduction Execution

Execute the approved monthly production plan in line with cGMP requirements and facility SOPsn
Carry out manufacturing and packing operations strictly per approved BMR/BPR and validated process parametersn
Perform and document line clearance before batch start and after batch completionn

nDocumentation & Compliance

Maintain real-time, accurate entries in BMR/BPR records and area logbooksn
Follow Positive Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity principles at all timesn
Assist in the preparation and periodic review of BMR/BPR documentsn

nMaterial & Process Control

Ensure correct status labeling a
