nAs an Executive Trainee – Front Office, you will serve as the face of Housr, ensuring every resident and guest experiences exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. This role offers hands-on exposure to front office operations, resident engagement, and hospitality management, making it an excellent prospect for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the hospitality industry.
nKey Responsibilities

Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.n
Manage resident check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and documentation efficiently.n
Handle resident queries, requests, and concerns while ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.n
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.n
Conduct property tours for prospective residents and assist the sales team with walk-in inquiries.n




Maintain accurate records of resident information, visitor logs, and operational reports.n
Ensure the reception area and common spaces reflect Housr's premium hospitality standards at all times.n
Follow company policies, operational SOPs, and quality standards.n
Support day-to-day operational activities and contribute to enhancing the overall resident experience.n

nEligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred).n
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.n
Candidates with up to one year of experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, aviation, or any client-facing role are also welcome.n
