GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)n
Valid State Nursing Council Registrationn
1–4 years of clinical nursing experiencen

Job Summary nThe Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering protected, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities n

Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by consultants.n
Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and progress.n
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.n




Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.n
Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and NABH standards.n
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge care.n
Coordinate with doctors and allied healthcare teams for continuity of care.n
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and availability of nursing equipment and supplies.n
Participate in departmental training, quality initiatives, and continuous learning.n
