Our client, a leading manufacturing listed company i s looking to hire a Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) for a mid–senior level role in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Manage SEBI LODR, PIT, SAST and Companies Act compliances
Lead Board, Committee & Shareholder meetings
Handle stock exchange filings & corporate actions (dividend, bonus, buyback, etc.)
Ensure insider trading compliance & UPSI controls
Support annual report, secretarial audit & regulatory liaison

Ideal Candidate
8–12 years experience as Company Secretary
Robust exposure to listed company compliance
Hands-on experience in SEBI regulations, board governance & corporate actions
Experience in manufacturing / large corporates preferred
