We’re looking for a Director of Engineering who can lead high-performing teams, drive complex projects, and shape the technology behind an AI-first company.

Someone who can think strategically, stay close to the technology and customers, and turn ambitious ideas and requirements into products that scale. Someone who can build teams, drive projects, make smart technical decisions, and deliver on time per customer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Shape AI-driven products, architecture, scalability, and reliability
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams
- Drive complex projects from planning to execution and delivery
- Define engineering standards, architecture, and technology decisions
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and drive solutions
- Navigate complex technical challenges, unblock teams, and make decisions that move things forward
- Shape the roadmap and align engineering priorities with business goals

What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Strong team & project management skills




- Experience scaling engineering teams and products
- Strong understanding of AI & software architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong client interaction and stakeholder management experience (should have directly interacted with and managed customer deliverables)
- Strategic thinker with solid ownership and execution
