About XTREMEX

XTREMEX is a rapid-growing D2C streetwear and activewear brand building a strong presence across online and offline retail.

We are looking for a
full-stack Growth & Performance Marketer
who can go beyond simply running Meta Ads.

This person will be responsible for understanding the entire growth engine —
marketing strategy, Meta Ads, Shopify, customer journey, CRO, analytics, creative strategy, retention and overall revenue growth.

If your experience is limited to launching campaigns and checking ROAS, this role is probably not for you.

The Role

You will work closely with the founder and take ownership of XTREMEX's digital growth.

You will be expected to combine
performance marketing + e-commerce + analytics + marketing strategy
to grow the brand profitably.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing
- Own and scale
Meta Ads
across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop acquisition,



retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Manage campaign structures, budgets, audiences and bidding strategies.
- Analyze
ROAS, CAC, CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, AOV, MER and contribution margin
.
- Identify winning campaigns, audiences, products and creatives and scale them.
- Continuously test:
- Creatives
- Hooks
- Offers
- Audiences
- Landing pages
- Campaign structures
- Ad formats
- Diagnose sudden changes in performance and take corrective action.
- Build a systematic testing and scaling framework.

2. Shopify & E-commerce

You should be comfortable working directly inside
Shopify
, not simply sending requirements to someone else.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront.
- Analyze Shopify sales, product and customer data.
- Monitor conversion rate and funnel performance.
- Identify products driving the majority of revenue.
- Improve product pages, collections and landing pages.
- Work on merchandising
